What is the exit strategy?

After eight years from commencement, the apartment will be completely refurbished and brought up to date, to refresh the property and maintain its attractiveness.  At this time a full market valuation will be done and those who wish to  sell will be able to realise their share of the property value; ie a resale guarantee provided by Fracional Development Express (not available on re-sales).  Those who prefer to continue with their investment will be asked to contribute their share of the refurbishment costs.
